THE IMMORTALS

In preparation for the upcoming CAST workshop at MIT, Ken Urban's new play THE IMMORTALS, inspired the cellular afterlife of Henrietta Lacks, will receive a closed reading in early December at New Dramatists in New York, where he is a resident playwright.

Directed by Logan Vaughn, the reading will feature Academy-Award nominee Marsha Mason. Urban describes the play as a campus comedy about ethics in the lab, the classroom, and the bedroom.
